How Can chronic Foot Pain Be Treated?

I have chronic foot pain on the bridge of my foot,travelling up my calf,which results in a large indentation inthe calf,as the pain releases the indentation disappears,i have been to hospital,had a steroid injection which didnt work.Ankle surgeon says there is nothing he can do,as nothing shows up on MRI scan,i have been unable to walk very far for 19 months now as the pain is unbearable,surgeon writing to pain management.Have you any ideas !

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist consult an orthopedician and plan for surgical repair.
